    Cut the Peppers in Half Lengthwise, Remove the Seeds, and Slice Into Thick Lengthwise Pieces. in a Blender or Food Processor, Combine the Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Flakes, Oregano, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Basil, Salt and Pepper and Pulse Until Well Mixed, but Still a Bit Chunky. Serve With the Peppers. (6-8 Servings).
