I only say that because I didn’t think I would like the tomatoes; but I did!! used 8 small Roma tomatoes (thats what I had on hand), and sliced them in quarters (wedges) I did sub lite mayo and low fat sour cream for the full fat versions This dish was delicious, and I didn’t find an excess of liquid in the bottom Maybe the Roma tomatoes made the difference?
