    Do Ahead Broccoli Casserole, Excellent do ahead dish put it all together, refrigerate and pop in the oven 50 min before dinner Very attractive dish To cut back on the amount of liquid that may end up with your finished dish remove seeds from the tomatoes and instead of slicing them and cut them in quaters, Add some chicken and cooked bacon for a something a little different – delicious!, Surprisingly good!! I only say that because I didn’t think I would like the tomatoes; but I did!! used 8 small Roma tomatoes (thats what I had on hand), and sliced them in quarters (wedges) I did sub lite mayo and low fat sour cream for the full fat versions This dish was delicious, and I didn’t find an excess of liquid in the bottom Maybe the Roma tomatoes made the difference? Thanks

    Preheat Oven to 325f Degrees, Butter 8" Square Oven Proof Dish.

    Arrange Broccoli in the Dish.

    Top With the Sliced Tomatoes or Deseeded Tomato Quarters

    in a Bowl Combine the Sour Cream, Mayo and Parmesan (reserve a Little Parmesan to Sprinkle Over Top).
