Doctor Runey’s Pain Killer (Cocktail),Doctor, doctor, give me the news…. You’ll feel no pain after one of these babies! Another tropical style drink…There are a couple other Pain Killer recipes here on Zaar but neither of them had the same amounts or ingredients. This one is delicious!,Yummy tropical cocktail. used some freshly squeezed mandarin orange juice and light coconut cream to cut the fat. For the best taste though, I’d definitely stick with Coco Lopez for the cream of coconut (unfortunately that’s not an option here in Oz, as we don’t have it here), but it’s yummy the healthier way too. Thanks sassafrasnanc!
