Down South Chicken Fingers, Granny Patterson’s classical recipe passed down to my mother in law and now to me : ) My husband loves them!, Since there weren’t any measurements on the spices, used the following: 1 egg, 1 c milk, 1 c flour, 1 tsp poultry seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt & pepper & used 10 tenders it worked out great 🙂 Thanks for posting
