Dr. Oz’s Green Drink,From his anti-aging show on Oprah. I originally posted it as given on Oprah’s show, but updated it with information from her website. Original posting: * 4 stalks celery * 1 cucumber * 1 cup spinach * 1 lemon, juice of * 1 lime, juice of * 1 large apple * 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger (peeled),When do you drink this drink and how much, a cup or glass or what.,This recipe was revived again on the Dr. Oz show recently so I decided to give it a go. It’s different but I found myself really liking it, so I drank the shake for both breakfast and lunch. It really does keep your energy going! This was a happy little benefit for someone like me who doesn’t feel satisfied on a diet of fruits and veggies. On the second day, I added hemp seeds as a vegetarian source of protein and essential fatty acids. It also balanced the flavor IMO. Thanks for posting, now I can keep this in my recipe box =)
