About 1/2 Hour Prior to Making Your Ball, Remove Cream Cheese from Refrigerator and Soften.

Chop Onions and 3/4 Jar of Beef. With Your Hands, Mix Softened Cream Cheese, Onions, Worcestershire Sauce and Beef; When Ingredients Are Well Mixed, Shape Into a Ball.

Cut Remaining Dried Beef Into Small Pieces and Place on Cheese Ball in Layers and Cover.
