Dry Rub Pork Ribs

Features:
    Cuisine:

After looking through a number of rib ribs & recipes we decided to make these ribs tonight. This is the first time we have tried doing the ribs ourselves and the pictures of these ribs just sold us! We followed the instructions and for the 2 hours of cooking the smell of the ribs filled the house, making both of us almost drool. Once they were done I served them over rice with a garden salad on the side. Unfortunately, we were both disappointed in the taste of them. As we were eating we talked about what we could have done wrong, however, we did everything correct as written in the recipe and cooking instructions. We decided that the next time we make them, we are going to put BBQ sauce on the ribs first, then the rub using cloves of garlic instead of garlic power. Ill let you know how the ribs turn out with our subtle changes.
