Directions
Dulce Caramelo Nachos, Sweet nachos with cinnamon, caramel, and mango Or you can vary it by omitting the mangoes and caramel sauce and drizzling the tortillas with 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur which have been heated in the microwave , These are just totally awesome! No mangos here just now, so used tinned peaches Will have anytime again, mangos or peaches, no matter , We enjoyed this despite the fact I burnt most of the nachos and only had honey & no time to make caramel sauce! Oh, and no cream either! (You can tell I’m disorganised!) The mangoes balance the sweet nachos beautifully & I’ll certainly be trying this again!
