    With a Soup Spoon, Put a Couple of Large Dollops of Sour Cream in a Bowl.

    Carefully Pour in Salsa, Roughly the Same Amount as the Sour Cream. This Is to Taste, So If You Like Hotter or Milder, Adjust as Needed.
