2 tablespoons sugar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding (i have substituted different flavors - such as cheesecake- and they do fine)
2 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
8 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 package cream cheese
3/4 cup butter (use less)

    This unusual recipe came from my sister. Goes together quickly. I like the unique twist of pudding. You'd never know it's there, but maybe it makes them a bit more moist. A very easy recipe to whip up. I have even made these up the night before and put in fridge to bake off in the AM.

    Easiest Ever Cinnamon Rolls, This unusual recipe came from my sister Goes together quickly I like the unique twist of pudding You’d never know it’s there, but maybe it makes them a bit more moist A very easy recipe to whip up I have even made these up the night before and put in fridge to bake off in the AM , Good While the flavor of these is good, I found that the centers came out a bit too doughy, even a bit raw in spots, despite cooking them the full length of time, and a few minutes longer Despite a large amount of flour, the dough was still quite sticky and a bit tricky to roll out I wasn’t sure what type of pan to use to bake these on, so used a lightly greased cookie sheet For the frosting, I melted the butter first to make it easier to mix I did use less butter, as the recipe poster suggested The frosting is somewhat tangy & sweet and really quite tasty These looked beautiful when finished – and if the instructions were a bit clearer, I would give these a 4 for taste
