Using Uncooked (store Bought) Tortillas, Cut Them Out With an Egg Shaped Cookie Cutter. You Get 3 "eggs" Per Tortilla. I Cut Smaller Dots from the Scraps and Stuck Them on With Water. used a Rick Rack Design Roller I Have For Fondant on the Other.

    2
    Done

in a Non Stick Frying Pan Melt the Butter Over Medium Heat. Lay One Egg Shape in the Pan and Sprinkle With Grated Cheese. Top With a Second Agg Shape. When Cheese Has Melted Flip to Cook the Other Side.

    Done

Note: If You Can't Find the Uncooked Tortillas You Can Make These With the Regular, Precooked, Kind, but You'll Need to Stick the Dots on With a Bit of Raw, Whisked Egg For Glue. It Will Cook When They Are on the Griddle.
