Three Can Soup,This is so simple and easy to make. We have this at work at least once a month. I have made some corrections to the recipe that I failed to add when originally posted. Enjoy.,Use mild Rotel the flavor of the chilies, although mild in heat adds a lot. I sometimes use tomato juice vs water. I serve a loaf of fresh Italian bread and butter with garlic salt on the side. It makes for a very filling and tasty lunch on a cold winters day. As children, soup and half a sandwich was our lunch on many days. Campbells condensed tomato soup mixed with a can of whole milk made a creamy and hearty soup to have with grilled cheese or any other sandwich. We always had lunch meat of some type in the fridge along with cheese. So a quick ham and cheese sandwich served with a cup of hot tomato soup was a quick and easy lunch for mom to make to feed 4 little ones. The only struggle was who wanted Mayo vs who wanted mustard until mom mixed Mayo and mustard in a squeeze bottle. Then it was all good and 2 sandwiches fed us all.,Something seems a ‘tad’ off here, the title of this is “THREE CAN SOUP”, but with 2 cans ministrone + 2 cans water + 2 cans pinto beans + 2 cans rotel, in my math classes that would add up to 8 can soup, not 3 can soup. Just asking.
