The Simple but Perfect Pancake,This recipe is from King Arthur’s All-Purpose Baking Book and my family’s current favorite recipe. They have a spongy texture and soak in the syrup.,Worst recipe ever! Take this recipe off please! The pancake didn’t rise at all! It’s flat like a friggin cookie!!! Wasted 30 minutes to make this. Why the hell is this even show up on first page of Google?????,”2 tablespoons sugar (for diner-style pancakes) or 1?4 cup instant malted milk powder (for diner-style pancakes)” ??? Huh? So pretty much, it’s “diner-style” no matter what you do? If I add a half gallon of curry power, is it still diner-style?
