    Clare, Yummy! This was easy and delicious. I think it is a beautiful looking pastry. I loved the cream cheese with the apples. I added a sweetened cream cheese "drizzle" to the top. I am buying more puff pastry this weekend to make another one.

    Working With One Sheet at a Time, Unfold Thawed Pastry on a Lightly Floured Surface, Creating 3 Sections.

    Roll Lightly to Flatten.

    Using the Tip of a Sharp Knife, Make 10 Parallel Cuts in Each of the Two Outer Sections, Cutting Just to the Fold Line in the Pastry.
