Directions
Easy As Plum Pie,With no peeling to be done, plum pie is one of the easiest and fastest pies to make, and sooooo good especially with whipped cream or ice cream on top. Prep time doesn’t include making the crust. Use your favorite homemade double crust pie shell, or the dreaded store bought – either way it’s as easy as Pie!,One of the easiest fruit pies I’ve ever made! Love that it made minimal mess as I didn’t even need a bowl for the fruit. The plums held their shape nicely and the filling wasn’t too sweet. Next time I’ll add some almond extract to the pie crust as I love the combo of plums with almond.
