Easy Asian Beef & Noodles -Ww Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

I prefer chicken over beef, I also like to add sliced mushrooms, finally use an entire package of broccoli slaw instead of cabbage slaw. It's more forgiving when cooking and reheats better. This recipe easily feeds my family of three with at least one helping left over.

Easy Asian Beef & Noodles – Ww Recipe,This is delicious. It satisfies my craving for lo-mein. I have made with chicken and shrimp as well, just adjust the ramen noodle flavor to match. From WW cookbook Cooking for Two, it makes a HUGE 10 points serving. I am satisfied with 1/2 a serving.,I prefer chicken over beef, I also like to add sliced mushrooms, finally use an entire package of broccoli slaw instead of cabbage slaw. It’s more forgiving when cooking and reheats better. This recipe easily feeds my family of three with at least one helping left over.,Let me start off by saying according to my points calculator this meal is actually 19 points as of 2015. I did not realize this until AFTER I ate it. Thank goodness I was still within my points. If I make this again I will probably use chicken or a leaner cut of beef. Other than that, this is a very tasty recipe. Easy to put together. I would have to think hard about using this recipe again while on WW because of the points.
