Easy Bacon-Wrapped Dates, The easiest recipe I have found for this great sweet/salty treat! (So easy, it doesn’t have to be a treat!), I have been making these for years, but I fill mine with ricotta cheese before wrapping with bacon very tasty , I’m not a big fan of dates, but wrapped in bacon they are fantastic! A perfect sweet-salty snack

Microwave Bacon For About 2 Minutes, Until Partially Cooked, but not Browned. |

Wrap Each Date With a Strip of Bacon and Secure With a Wooden Toothpick. |
