Directions
Easy Bananas Foster,Classic New Orleans dessert, made simple for the folks at home. The alcohol is optional.,This recipe has great bones, but do yourself a favor and cut the brown sugar in half or you might have a problem with the sugar getting hard when poured over ice cream. I also cut the cinnamon in half…and of course added 1-1.5 ounces of rum and set it on fire- flamb! It was absolutely delicious as modified.,Delicious and simple to make! Thought I would miss the rum, but I didn’t. Next time, I’ll try cutting back the butter and adding maple syrup.
