These are great for OAMC too The croquettes freeze well, then just pop them in the microwave for a quick meal or snack Does not include 3 hr chill time Cone shape is traditional for croquettes, but I have made patty shaped ones that are just as wonderful Try adding some chopped mushrooms too Thanksgiving leftovers? Try Recipe #266220 ;), I have nothing bad to say about the flavor These were goof as is I did add just a tad bit more of sage because I l8ke that strong flavor What I would do different next time is add more chicken and additional an egg I doubled the batch and the flavors were great I would add e c f tra egg to give it a firme4 texture to hold together I’d add more chicken to cut down on some carbs Otherwise, the family thought this was good And to the lady who rated it bne negative due to ready made pigs being artificial junk Lady, you feel this way about packaged goods what did you expect genious? I make from scratch like a lot of people It’s a preference You having something that turned out full of chemicals Well that’s on you not the creator From scratch or ready made what ever your personal preference this is a great recipe to mix it up I did use cream of shitika mushrooms in the croquets It was good Will make again , Hi, I have a question can you just bake them instead of frying them?
