Easy Chicken Curry

Features:
    Cuisine:

    Another find from Jeremy Vincent.
More spicy than hot, but you could always add chilli if you like your curry hot.
I did not use as much salt but posted the recipe as written, also either brown or yellow mustard seeds can be used.

Easy Chicken Curry,Another find from Jeremy Vincent. More spicy than hot, but you could always add chilli if you like your curry hot. I did not use as much salt but posted the recipe as written, also either brown or yellow mustard seeds can be used.,Perfect in every way. Our DD cooked this for me, so it was an extra special treat to come home from work to the smell of this superb curry wafting through the house. A real keeper of a recipe. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap April 2013.
