Easy Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made homemade fried rice once before years ago and it came out sticky and yucky. But this recipe is awesome and so simple. used left over brown rice and used a little soy sauce instead of salt - so delicious. Thank you. And I also like that there's not too much stuff in it. And having it for breakfast is a fabulous idea. XOX
