Easy Cream Cheese Dip,“I got this recipe from a family Christmas party, but I make it year round. It goes great with chips, sandwiches, vegetables; pretty much anything!”,Try using a can of Rotel Tomatoes and Chiles—whatever heat you prefer—and drain the can, reserving the liquid in case you need to thin your dip slightly. Don’t forget to refrigerate for a few hours before serving, so that the cream cheese has time to firm back up. Have made it this way for ages. It’s delicious.,Super easy! Big hit at party. Only criticism, a bit runny. Next time using less salsa. I used peach pineapple chipotle. Mild, slightly sweet.
