Easy Cream Of Wild Rice Chicken Soup

I really appreciate recipes that bring out strong flavors without relying heavily on milk and butter, and this is one of them. Although delicious, I think the milk flavor stood out more than it should due to how low-fat the recipe is. I reduced the milk by 1/4 cup and that made it perfect for me. used turkey leftovers and it went really well. I also tried to experiment with reduced sodium but, again, due to the low-fat nature, the recipe isn't very forgiving. I'm not deducting points because of this, however! Overall, really good, inexpensive, relatively healthy, and I will make it again because it's simple as well.
