Easy Crock Pot Lasagna,Who would have thought you could make LASAGNA in the CROCK POT!! DH likes this version more than the oven baked one.,I have made it 3 or 4 times and family loves it! I double it but still doesn’t take all of 12 oz noodles….. seems ok though.,This was so yummy! My daughter said it’s her new favorite meal! It’s quite something to say that for me because usually I fail at crockpot cooking! This was a success and will go in my rotation for “too busy to cook” days. Thanks! I’ve made it as written and then again with some substitutions. used jar sauce and added spinach that I chopped in the food processor. I mixed some Monterey Jack cheese with the mozzarella and that turned out well also. Thank you, thank you for a crockpot meal that works for me!
