Easy & Delicious Ham and Dijon Sandwiches,Recipe from Steve Erehart’s Mom, served at a football party… couldn’t get the taste out of my mind for days! Had to call and ask how!,I can see why this sandwich was haunting you for days, it is really delicious. I cut this down to one sandwich, prepared it through the baking part, and then cooled it down and took it to work for lunch. I reheated it for about a minute, and it was so good. I liked the little pop the poppy seeds gave the sandwich, and used a dried onion specialty mix and real butter instead of margarine. Thanks for sharing!
