    these were amazing! subbed bobs red mill gluten free flour for the rice flour and coconut milk instead of soymilk, also did a splash of pumpkin spice almond milk half and half which added a little cinnamon and vanilla flavor. did honey instead of sugar. tossed in some flax meal, pecans and blueberries for health and done!

    Easy Fluffy Gluten Free Banana Pancakes,Very Easy to Make! So light and fluffy, smooth textured cake. You would never know it was gluten free!     Use a Drop of Oil For Each Group of Pancakes on the Pan. They Tend to Stick a Little.

    Use a Lid to Cook Pancake Inside Out Before the Outside Burns.
