Easy Frozen Chicken Breast,If you are like me you forget to take out the chicken the night before you want to cook it, this is a great and easy way to cook frozen chicken breast. I have used left over pasta sauce topped with cheese and BBQ sauce with honey and brown sugar added in. Use any sauce you have. The measurements are up to you, I had to put something. You need enough sauce to cover the chicken.,Super easy! Mine turned out moist and tasty. I placed 5 thinly sliced (they sell them this way at a higher price than regular breasts or thighs) frozen chicken breasts from Walmart in 9×13 glass dish. I poured barbeque sauce on top without foil. I put little carrots and sweet onions on the sides. I may raise temp to 400 next time.,Chicken was still raw after 45 minutes in glass baking dish, covered with foil. Chicken breasts were individually frozen, so not stuck together or anything. Put back in for extra 30 minutes. Hope they will be done!
