Easy Garlic and Basil Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Found this in among my torn from magazines recipes. I served it with a mix of steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with cheese sauce and pan fried potato slices. Would also go well with a simple tossed green salad and tomatoes., Wonderful recipe! It tasted amazing and was super simple! Even I, a 16 year old with zero cooking experience pulled it off, and even made it taste good! My family said it tasted like it was from a restaurant. I did have one tweak, as baking for 10 minutes on 350 F was not long enough. My thermometer read 120F so I popped it in for another 10 minutes 20 in total and the chicken was perfectly the necessary 165F. Wonderful recipe besides!!, Bake for 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes.
