Easy Gravy, A simple and basic gravy recipe, flavor will depend on broth used , I brought mashed potatoes & gravy for our familys carry-in Thanksgiving dinner Since I wasnt the one making the bird, I decided to try this gravy recipe I follwed the recipe as written, using unsalted butter so that I could control the sodium content & avoid oversalting it The gravy turned out smooth & tasty, with no lumps It had very good flavor When I got to my nieces house, I added Some juices from the bird as well as some shreds of turkey to the gravy, which heightened the flavor Everyone raved about this gravy Best of all, it was fast and simple I am tucking this recipe into my Thanksgiving food files Thanks for sharing, Terry!, Delicious, fast, and easy to make!!
