Easy Halibut Fillets with Herb Butter, used chopped parsley and it was lovely. Adapted from James Peterson’s “Fish & Seafood”,Yummy and oh so simply!,This dish is absolutely delicious and super easy to prepare. It has a surprisingly present flavor without the heaviness. We paired it with a turnip/carrot mash and fresh grapefruit for a low cal, healthy, light dinner. This goes on our favorites list!
