Easy Ham & Potato Casserole, This is a very easy and delicious stick to your ribs casserole Serve it with a salad and bread & butter a real man-pleaser!, This was actually very very good, but I only gave it 4 stars because I did change the recipe a bit Instead of the second can of soup, I subbed one 8 ounce package of neufchatel cheese (cream cheese) I also added a leftover packet of flavoring from a package of 15 bean soup, which gave the dish a really nice smoky flavor The hubs thought I had used a fancier cheese, like a gouda or gruyere We both decided the smoky flavor is a must for this dish from now on Very delicious and hearty for winter!, This went over ok here, but I don’t think it was anyones favorite by a long shot I took a couple of suggestions from reviews and added a bit of flour to the soup, milk mixture and it thickened up the sauce quite nicely, I also cut the onion way back to only 1/2 a med one, very glad I did! I also allowed an hour and a half for cooking, it really did need that extra half hour It did have a nice comforting blend of flavors, it kinda reminded me of the recipe for funeral potatoes but with a little more flavor due to the carrots
