Easy Hamburger Stew

Features:
    Cuisine:

Mmmmmmm, good! Husband & son loved it. Thank you! 11 years later.... Made this in my new electric pressure cooker. Browned hamburger in a skillet first, drained the grease off, then threw in the chopped onions and garlic and cooked a few more minutes. Meanwhile I chopped the potatoes, cubed some leftover crown squash that we had, and threw half a bag of baby carrots into the cooker. I then added the remaining ingredients to the cooker along with some seasoned salt and black pepper and set the cooker on soups/stew. It turned out fantastic once again! This is just a wonderful recipe any way you tweak it!!
