Steamed Pot Stickers, My sister gave me this recipe–she usually steams them over whatever kind of soup she’s making , I’m not typically the type to write reviews, but I felt I had to for this recipe Only change I made was ground chicken instead of pork because it’s what I had on hand I have no doubt that this would be equally awesome with pork or turkey This recipe is fantastic I’d even dare to call it good-chinese-restaurant-quality Somewhat time consuming to make, but overall very easy Thank you KJK for submitting this recipe!, used extra lean ground turkey instead of pork and i didn’t have sherry or ginger on hand and they were still fantatsic everyone loved them
