    Very Simple Blueberry Muffins,These vegan blueberry muffins are as easy as a box mix. I originally saw it published as a user submission at vegweb.,These are good but a bit bland as is. I recommend adding a couple tsp of cinnamon and vanilla extract to the batter. I also sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the tops just before baking. You can also make this recipe in a cake pan to get blueberry bars.,I have made these many times in the 2 years and they always turn out perfect! I have even tinkered with lowering the fat by using applesauce and it works great too. I love this recipe it is my favorite!
