I took a risk and made these tonight in hopes that I could use them as sandwich rolls for lunches. Well, they did not make it past dinner. They actually ended up accompanying our lasagna dinner and the family LOVED them. They were easy to put together and they came out soft and flavorful. This recipe is a keeper!

Soft Sandwich Buns (bread Machine),This recipe makes wonderfully soft rolls to use for your sandwiches or burgers, etc. Recipe courtesy of Quick Cooking.,I took a risk and made these tonight in hopes that I could use them as sandwich rolls for lunches. Well, they did not make it past dinner. They actually ended up accompanying our lasagna dinner and the family LOVED them. They were easy to put together and they came out soft and flavorful. This recipe is a keeper!,Very pretty soft rolls. If making these for sandwiches, I would use a larger cutter and brush with an egg wash instead of the butter. They didnt have the nice yeasty flavor that I was hoping for.
