Easy Homemade Pancake Syrup,Very simple – and much-preferred in our home over store-bought. This was shared by my Amish sister-in-law. Hard to beat – and you can flavor it as you wish!,Yummy recipe. I love this syrup ten times more than the store syrup. used imitation vanilla because I ran out of the pure one I had. I also did not use maple flavering because I need to buy some. Even with those modificationa it was awesome. I will try it with all the recommended ingredients some time soon but for now the way I made it is wonderful and it’s enough foe a few days later depending on your family size.,Homemade pancake is great simple. I needed a ratio of water to sugar so I googled and found this one. I delete the corn syrup but increase the sugar. use “white” sugar and raw brown sugar from the health food store. Even with no flavoring it is good. I usually boil @ 15 min @ medium heat. I store it in the frig since in the haet of summer it gets a microbial growth on it if it’s not used within a month or so.
