Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. |

With a Sharp Knife, Cut Off Top 1/2 Inch from Garlic to Expose Cloves. |

Place Each Head in the Middle of a 6-Inch Square of Aluminum Foil. |

Drizzle 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil Over Top of Each. |

Set Packets of Garlic on a Baking Sheet and Bake For 35 to 45 Minutes, or Until Garlic Is Soft Enough to Squeeze Out of Cloves to Spread Onto Bread. |
