Stove Top Biscuits,For when you want biscuits but don’t want to (or can’t) use the stove.,Delicious! used a small amount of bacon grease in the skillet instead of margarine.. super crispy! They could of been fluffier, but I think I had the heat a lil too high so they browned before center finished. ( just let them sit on low til finished),Great in the skillet, but here’s the real treat, put all of the butter into the biscuit mix, and then fold 15-20 times. Flatten and cut into whatever shape you want, then bake at 325 for 20 minutes, brush with melted butter and bake for another 3-5 minutes. Best biscuit recipe no matter which way you make it. Also, shred the butter into the flour and mix in instead of cutting in.
