Vegan Tzatziki,This Greek dip is just wonderful! It makes a perfect accompaniment to barbecued food…,I love, ate with 2 OMNI and they enjoyed along with Tofu Shawarma I made. Mine was a teeny on the liquidy side (used Vitamix to blend) I may add less liquid next time. I also added more dill, because it’s amazing. 🙂 I loved it, thanks so much.,AMAZING! I couldnt believe how well this turned out! I wanted a quick and easy recipe to make to bring for Christmas Eve and this is perfect! Everyone, do not hesitate to try this, so fresh and flavourful, and I didnt even use fresh herbs either!

In a Blender/Food Processor Blend Silken Tofu, Lemon Juice, Vinegar and 1/2 Tsp Salt. When Creamy, Add Chopped Garlic and Oil. Blend Again. |

Taste, Add Pepper to Taste and More Salt If Needed. Set Aside. |

Squeeze the Grated Cucumber Between Hands. (squeeze Out as Much Water as Possible.). |

Add Cucumber (and Herbs, If Using) to Tofu Dip, and Stir to Blend. |
