Easy Italian Sausage And Peppers

Features:
    Cuisine:

Deliciousness????. I've only eaten sausage and peppers at restaurants with some kind of tomatoes cooked into it. Those were good but this is better! Used 5 Beyond Hot Italian Sausages - bias cut 4pcs per sausage. Other than using plant based sausage, I followed the recipe to the letter. If I didn't open my mouth, the meat eaters would've never known it was a strictly vegetarian dish ??. Definite try this one if you've been floating around sausage and pepper recipes undecided. Sorry no pictures this time but it was great

Easy Italian Sausage and Peppers, My Mom made these often when I was growing up and I have always loved them! I think this is the most authentic and traditional way to make these.Traditional Sausage and Peppers do NOT have tomato sauce! We always ate them on Italian sub rolls with mustard but you could eat these alone with good crusty bread on the side. This serves 8 and can easily be scaled down or increased depending on how many you want to feed., Deliciousness????.
