Easy Lebanese Foul Mudammas Recipe – Ready in Minutes

Features:
    Cuisine:

Basic Fool Medammas. The canned fava beans used were so large! I think they should be peeled if they are because the skin is a bit tough. I did crush the beans before eating as I think is traditional. I probably used additional freshly squeezed lemon juice, sea salt, flat leaf parsley, and no optional chili flakes, plus the rest of the ingredients as stated. I will make a different Fool Medammas next time and always used smaller fava beans.

Super Quick Lebanese Fool Medammas, Fool Medammas is such a tasty & healthy dish, but when making it the traditional way from scratch it can be a bit time consuming Here, you can use canned fava beans for a much quicker (but still tasty) version Fool Medammas is a very poular breakfast dish, served with fresh bread – perfect for Suhor during Ramadan It also makes a nice light lunch if served with bread & a good salad or you can serve as part of a series of appetizers (like a mezze platter) , Basic Fool Medammas The canned fava beans used were so large!
