Easy Lemon Cheesecake Bars,This came from a summertime cook book.It goes well with cookout type food and is easy to make.,Why does the top look lumpy — clumpy ? Any way to make it more uniform?,A friend gave me the recipe with one addition, a box of lemon pudding in the cream cheese mixture. Added just enough lemon flavor! I also only use a lemon cake mix.
