Easy Lemon Pudding, This is so easy to make and has a nice sweet, lemony flavor., First off super easy to make. Directions were perfect. Egg yolks worked just fine in it if you did what it said which was add the hot mixture to yokes then put in pan. Im super pleased with how good it was. Forgot the salt. But added after and it helped cut the sweetness. Used concentrated lemon juice and it turned out perfect, Tasty but way to sweet for me – I added another half a lemon and some zest but it still was too sweet.
