    Easy Loaded Baked Potato Salad,This is a recipe I came up with as an alternative to regular potato salad. That was my pre-“zaar” days. I saw that there were several others posted, however none looked this easy. It is a winner every time and there are never any leftovers.,Really good and easy. O quartered the potatoes because they were kind of big. Also used plain Greek yogurt and some mayo in place of the sour cream. Couldn’t tell a thing.,used only 1/2 fat sour cream and it was fab! substituted the bacon for chicken frankfurters, and my picky foodie son and hubby loved it! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it says 12 mins cooking time. But that’s how long it takes to boil the potatoes not taking into account how long it took to get the water boiling. So it was more like 20 mins. Really clever idea will definitely be making it again!
