Easy Oatmeal Muffins,This is a lovely muffin for breakfast that will keep you full for a long time! My family really loved this. It’s very basic and free to make many additions. I make it so often, I have it memorized!,Great basic recipe! I’ve added a ripe banana and walnuts, chocolate chips and pecans, applesauce and extra cinnamon, finely grated carrots or zucchini, brown sugar and raisins. I’m not usually a breakfast eater but these are great with a cup of coffee.,I loved this recipe! I added vanilla, raisins and chocolate chips. It was so easy to make and I loved it. I recommended letting the muffins cool for 10 minutes after they have been taken out of the oven, before they are moved to a rack.
