    Zucchini Beef Skillet, ., This was absolutely delicious!!! Very versitile as well. You can reall get creative., I listened to some previous comments and adjusted a few things. Added 2 jalapeos chopped, used half a green pepper and half an orange pepper, doubled the pepper and added a tablespoon of garlic powder. Served over rice and it was excellent, the wife commented on how it had great flavor. used very lean ground beef 90:10 and couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. I also made in a dutch oven which I would recommend if you have it. Reheats very well and was delicious for lunch the next day.
