Easy Peanut & Chocolate Chip Muffin Cakes, If you love peanut butter with chocolate, you will just love this recipe It’s easy and doesn’t take much time , We all enjoyed the flavor of these but felt they dried out overnight I was out of self rising flour and made my own using 2 cups ap flour, 3 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt; HOWEVER, due to using salted butter and the peanut butter having salt as an ingredient, I would reduce the added salt to only 1/2 tsp Thanks for posting!
