Easy Pesto Chicken Penne, I found this in the Taste of Home: Cooking for 2 magazine and I’ve doubled it to serve a family It’s really easy and also really tasty It also cooks pretty quickly, which is a plus for me!, Super easy, and really good I reduced the amount of pesto to 1/4 cup and I added sauteed green onion, mushrooms and spinach, that made it a total meal by itself , Delicious! This made a great dinner Thanks for a great recipe PSU Lioness
