5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (20 oz)
8 ounces sliced pepperoni

    Yummy! I left out the ground beef and onion, only used 1 can of sauce and used double the pepperoni (with slices on top and chunks mixed in with pasta). I mixed a cup of cheese in with the pasta and then covered with another cup of cheese before putting the sliced pepperonis on top. I just made one 9x13 pan.

    Easy Pizza Pasta Casserole (OAMC), This is a kid pleaser-very cheesy and topped with pepperoni It makes 2 large (9×13) casseroles or 4 small ones; I often divide it in fourths and freeze 3 This originally came from TOH’s Quick Cooking , Yummy! I left out the ground beef and onion, only used 1 can of sauce and used double the pepperoni (with slices on top and chunks mixed in with pasta) I mixed a cup of cheese in with the pasta and then covered with another cup of cheese before putting the sliced pepperonis on top I just made one 9×13 pan , I made this for dinner today and it was delicious used my homemade sauce and used fresh oregano and fresh basil, and I have enough left over for another meal Thanks for the recipe it is a keeper

    Brown Ground Beef, Onion, Garlic and Seasoning in Oil.

    to Cook Now: Bake Uncovered at 350 Degrees For 25-30 Minutes, Until Heated Through.
