Easy Red Beans & Rice With Sausage,This recipe is a one dish meal. It’s so easy to throw together and the cooking time just depends on the kind of rice you use. The flavor is great and this is easy to modify should you need to.,Vegetarians here so used Gardein vegan sausage and vegetable stock. Also added a can of petite tomatoes instead of the additional cup of water. Was delicious! Will do again.,Made this in my instapot. Fantastic! I made only one change, and that was to leave out the chopped celery owing my a picky teenager. (Snuck in celery puree. 🙂 Shh! ) Thanks! This will now be added to a weekly menu plan!
